Finalmente coloquei este blog no ar. Mas ainda falta muita coisa:

• mudar o tema para um original
• adicionar alguns links (sobre, perfis em redes sociais, etc)
• otimizar o servidor
• instalar alguns plugins

Mesmo assim, posso considerar meu blog inaugurado. Meu antigo blog (agaeleblog) , que não recebia quase nenhum post (acho que fiz uns 3 em mais de um ano) vai continuar por lá. E quem sabe posso até colocar algo. Mas a idéia é concentrar tudo por aqui.

Por enquanto esse é só um blog pessoal, sem um tema prinicipal. Verei com o tempo se focarei num único assunto. Provavelmente falarei um pouco sobre programação (Ruby, Rails e outras coisas que me interessarem), aplicações web e também sobre alguns temas ligados ao meu mestrado (IA, classificação de dados, mineração de dados). Mas é provável que eu também fale sobre outros assuntos sem nenhuma ligação com tecnologia.

Tentarei escrever tanto em inglês quanto português e assim aumentar minha audiência (se eu tiver uma algum dia).

Se, por ventura, você chegou aqui, deixe seu comentário e sugestões. Sintam-se livres para me corrigir em qualquer aspecto.

Finnaly I put this blog on line.

But there is still some things to do:

• change this theme for an original one (made by myself)
• add some links (about, my profiles in social networks, etc)
• optimize the server
• install some plugins

In any case, I can consider my blog opened. My old blog (agaeleblog) (in Portuguese), that almost didn’t receive any post (I’ve done 3 posts in more than an year) will stay there. Maybe I can put something new in the old blog. But my idea is to concentrate in this one.

For now, this is only a personal blog, without a main theme. Time will tell if I’ll focus in one subject. Probably I’ll talk a bit about programming (Ruby, Rails and other things of my interest), web applications and also about some subjects related to my masters (AI, data classification, data mining). It’s also possible that I talk about random things unrelated to technology.

I intend to write here once a week.

I’ll try to write in both English and Portuguese and, maybe, expand my audience (if i ever have one).
